We strive to ship all in-stock products within one business day. We do not ship partial orders unless specifically requested by the customer. Partial order shipments may result in additional shipping charges. Please contact us first if you need to have your order delivered by a certain date.

Any domestic orders that are returned to us as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 15% restocking fee.

We strive to maintain stock of all items listed in our webstore. Please understand the exclusive and limited-production nature of some of our products, coupled with a high demand may occasionally result in some parts being oversold. We will contact you within 1 business day if we’re out of stock of any items ordered.

Returns & Exchanges:

We guarantee all items against manufacturers’ defects within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly exchange the defective items or provide a refund.

  • Returned items must be in unused, original condition, and returned to us in the original packaging.
  • We will not accept returns for refund after 30 days.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees.
  • All shipping damages must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery. NO damage claim will be honored or investigated after 7 days of shipment’s delivery.
